Boat Storage Yard

A parcel of land within Brickyard Plantation was set aside by the developer to provide a secured location for residents to store their watercraft. Our boat storage facility is tucked away behind the soccer field and tennis courts near the front of Brickyard.

This well-managed amenity provides 186 spaces for boats and watercraft of varying sizes. Access to the boat storage area is not included in HOA dues and requires an annual sublease fee.

Limits & eligibility

• Maximum overall length: 30 ft (boat + motor + trailer)
• SC registration must be current and in your name, showing a Brickyard address
• You must be in good standing with the Brickyard POA to qualify

Security

The facility has two entry/exit gates, a fenced perimeter, LED lighting, and security cameras throughout. Gates are locked; each member pays a key deposit and receives access to the gate.

About BYBOA

This amenity is not managed by the POA or property manager. Brickyard Boat Owners Association Inc. is a separate organization operating exclusively for the benefit of Brickyard members, managed by its members who elect a Board of Directors from the membership.
