Welcome to the Brickyard Boat Owners Association page — one of the best neighborhoods in all of Mount Pleasant. As active boaters, we know how important it is to have a secure and convenient location to store your boat, and that’s why we’re proud to offer a dedicated boat storage yard for Brickyard Plantation property owners.
The facility is managed by the Brickyard Boat Owners Association, which is a separate entity from the POA. Many residents use this amenity, and we work hard to keep it well-managed, secure, and easy to use.

Key details
- Capacity: 186 spaces
- Maximum overall length: 30 ft (boat + motor + trailer)
- Two entry/exit gates, fenced, well-lit with LED lighting, and cameras
- Gates are locked; access requires a key deposit
- Boat storage is not included in HOA dues and requires an annual sublease fee
How it works
- Step 1: Request measurement and join the waitlist.
- Step 2: We confirm eligibility (POA good standing + current SC registration in your name).
- Step 3: When a spot becomes available, we contact the next best-fit boat on the list.
